All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When booking, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Upon arrival, credit card, bank transfer, or cash payments can be made. Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the original agreed rate.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of no-shows, are non-refundable.

In the event of weather-related or safety-based cancellations initiated by Agafay Oasis, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their experience at no extra cost.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in our activities. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

All required safety equipment is provided for activities such as quad biking, buggy rides, and camel trekking. Our experienced guides are fully trained and prioritise guest safety to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.

Tours may be postponed, modified, or cancelled in severe weather or unsafe conditions. Guest safety is our top priority.

In such cases, Agafay Oasis will offer guests the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.

All affected guests will be notified of any schedule changes or cancellations as early as possible.

All Agafay Oasis activities are covered by professional liability insurance.

Guests participate in activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the experience.

We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel insurance that includes coverage for adventure activities and medical expenses.

Agafay Oasis’s liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the booked tour.
