What should I bring for a desert package?
+We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, a light jacket (for evenings), closed-toe shoes, and a camera. For overnight packages, bring personal toiletries and any necessary medications. Water and meals are provided as specified in each package.
Are your packages suitable for children?
+Most of our packages are suitable for children aged 6 and above. The Desert Discovery and Cultural Immersion packages are particularly family-friendly. Some activities like quad biking have age restrictions. Please contact us for specific information about bringing children on your chosen package.
What is your cancellation policy?
+For day packages, cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. For overnight and multi-day packages, cancellations made 7 days or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made within these periods may be subject to partial charges. No-shows are charged in full.
